He is a friend of Michael's from

CA, they attended Prep and played

water polo together.

This is Hank's spot on the stairs.

He will actually sleep in this spot.

Allows him a good view of upstairs

and downstairs along with looking out

the front door windows.

Michael works for PWC and has been

on a job in Cincinnati, OH.  So, on

Monday mornings Al drops him off

very early at the Westchester Airport

and we pick him up on Friday at 7:30 PM.

This week is his last week in OH.

MY BIG DEAL!!!

I collect Spode and have always wanted

the Judaica pieces, but will not pay  the

retail prices.  So, I am a bit early for

my pedi appointment and decide to walk

around Home Goods.  I see this platter in

the clearance section!!!  Originally, $140.,

marked down to $69.,  in red section

for $35.!!!  Perfect condition!!!

Such beautiful pink flowers!!!

Always amazed that the grass comes

back after the Winter!  Also, we found

top soil with grass seed mixed in.

If only we can keep Hank out of the

last two large holes...

the season at Westport Country Playhouse!

Into the Woods, WOW, what a performance.

My all time favorite at the Playhouse and this is my

fifth season.  Wonderful afternoon

with friends enjoying yet another great

reason to live in Westport!!!

Mother's Day!

Turned into an eating fest,

BBQ hamburgers for lunch,

BBQ steak for dinner, and

chocolate dipped strawberries

for dessert, yum!

Plus, a years worth of mani/pedi's

from my four boys, thank you

from the bottom of my heart

or should I say feet?

The living room is almost finished.

Just need to let the rug un-curl and

get some pictures hung, worth the wait!!!

 Every year Homes for Hope sponsors

a sand castle building contest at Compo

Beach.  There are professionals, local

community groups, friends, and families

building together.  David and I went early

to watch the beginning and had a foot long

at Joey's by the Shore.  Went back home,

and then went back to see the finished

sand art.  All in all, a perfect day!

 Two coats of primer, at least two coats of

paint and we are finished with our trash can

 shed!  No more smelly garage this summer!!!
