Day 332, November 29, 2012

Al and I had to take a trip to Hartford,

on the way home we see a "Sonic."

Always said we should try but have never

lived near one. so we gave it a try.

I say "just okay," of course Al

"loved it."  He always loves a chain.

Do you Sonic?

I have the chili dog and tots,

Al, the cheese burger and fries.

But, I must say, they do have

Diet Dr. Pepper, my favorite.

Day 331, November 28, 2012

Today was my annual appointment at Yale.

Had labs last week and MRI today.

Dr. Emre wasn't available, so I met

Dr. Rodriguez.  He will now be my doctor

when Dr. Emre isn't available.  Said goodbye

to Dr. Arvelakis, he is going back to

Mt. Sinai in NYC, he will be missed!

All good news today, will meet with

Dr. Emre later and discuss coming

in on a less frequent schedule.

Life is good!

Helping with "Quilts for Sandy"

Donating these two blocks to a

gal in VA who is putting together

quilts for people in need.  I like the

 blocks, but boy, not easy to put

together.  Gave me more trouble

then any block yet...

Our friend's, Hal and Diane are moving to AZ.

They have offered to give Michael their grill

and big screen TV.  So, today is moving day.

Michael has rented a U-Haul van and he and

David are cruising around in the U-Haul.

The night before Thanksgiving and all

through the kitchen...

David and Terrie are busy cooking!!!

David is deep frying our tukey.

First, inject the turkey with

marinade and rub with spices.

Our turkey will sit overnight.
