My Aunt Treba asked me to join in with her
Quilt "Swapping" Group.
Earlier in the year we swapped
half square triangles.
I had them hanging around and had yet
to decide exactly what I was going to
do with all these little squares. One of
the other "swappers" posted a photo of
a quilt top she made with her hst, so I used
her quilt top as inspiration
and here is my process. First,
I found matching colors and then
went on to make shapes.
Laid them out on the dining room
table and moved them around...
Finally, coming up with a pattern
that I liked. Then had to stack all the blocks.
Ready to sew...
