Day 293, October 21, 2012

Wow, what a movie weekend!
Two movies in two days.
I liked ARGO better, Al liked
Taken 2 better.  Luckily, we enjoyed
them both!

People come to CT to see the beautiful
Fall colors.  Lucky for us, we live in CT and can
see the beautiful colors out our window.
But, Al took me for a drive up to
Litchfield County and we enjoyed the
lovely Fall colors together.
Such a pretty day!

Got behind a tractor...

Day 292, October 20, 2012

Taken 2 in Wilton.
Our new discovery, great movie theatre
near new places to eat.
Al, David and I had dinner at
Tom-e-toes, decent pizza and then
a new froyo place, all within
walking distance.

Day 291, October 19, 2012

Yet again, another rainy Fall day.
The leaves are all turning and falling.
Looks like a sewing day...

Hank, sitting out in the rain...

Pretty view from the dining room, Fall color,
pumpkins and lots of leaves on the ground.

Day 290, October 18, 2012

Today was Project Return's first
Gather Round the Table
Fall Luncheon.
Held at The Patterson Club
in Fairfield, CT
Project Return is an amazing organization,
"Helping adolescent girls and young women in crisis."
Local business provided and donated the
tablescapes and then they were raffled off.
The most beautiful tablescapes ever!!!
The speakers were, Letty Cottin Pogrebin
and her daughters, Abigail and Robin.
I just finished reading Abigail's book
"Stars of David," great read and is currently
being made into on off Broadway production.
Wonderful day, with great women!

Day 289, October 17, 2012

Last play of the season,
"A Raisin in the Sun"
directed by Phylicia Rashad
at Westport Country Playhouse.
Each play has been better than the
last.  Looking forward to next season.

Day 288, October 16, 2012

Finishing touches,
new lamp in entry.

Out playing with Hank is always fun.

Action shot!
The boy can move!!!

Al and I got three pumpkins,
one for each of our boys.
They can't be placed on the porch
because Hank wants
 to play with them, meaning
"eat" them.  So, they are outside
of his canine fence range.

Just a cutie!

Day 287, October 15, 2012

A little more Halloween...
