 Happy St. Patrick's Day

 

Stamping cards and envelopes,

getting ready for

National Letter Writing Month.

Finished up!

 

Michael called and asked

us to lunch.  So, we

went to Bobby Q's and

walked around town.

Project Return, Birdhouse Auction

is coming to Westport.

The birdhouse auction items

are displayed all around town.

Michael, Al and I walked around,

looking for my entry.

First, we found Sharon's

beautiful birdhouse quilt.

Finally, we found mine!

A framed, patriotic

needle point birdhouse.

 

Lastly, we put Hank's winning costume on to

pose for a picture.  This was the only costume

that would possibly fit him and it doesn't

really fit.  But, he was the winner and this was

his prize.  So, he modeled and we will

pass the "hotdog" costume on to a smaller dog.

Picked up the quilt from Paula,

the quilter.  Another beautiful job!

She always has the best suggestions.

Can't wait for Shelley to see the finished quilt!!!

Westport Restaurant Week

Day 72, March 13, 2013

What a busy day!

Al renewed his drivers license at AAA.

We had passport pictures taken at

Costco.  Went to lunch at

Sherwood Diner in Westport.

These little beauties are popping

out of the ground, first sign of Spring!!!

I then went to The Westport Historical

Society with Flat Annie.

Finally, made a little St. Patrick's Day

treats with pretzels, chocolate and sprinkles.

Not so pretty, but taste great!

Weight Watchers and eating healthy

is my new way of life and I like it!

Meeting goals and setting up new goals.

It is a good feeling!
