I spent today in the basement.

Working on organizing my workspace,

as I have been doing lots of projects and it

has gotten out of control!  So, organized

my floss and ready to work on my needlepoint

again.  Also, researched how to make my

blog into a scrapbook.  Have decided to

try Becky Higgin's "Project Life."

Yes, the Cricut can cut fabric!!!

Sharon and I are making birdhouse

quilts and each house needs at least one,

 1 inch circle for the bird to enter the house.

Not so easy to make nice circles.

We have tried lots of things, but this works!

So, 200 holes and we will have finished

birdhouses for our quilts.

Our dear friend Michelle always comes

by, bearing gifts of delicious home-made

goodies.  We love this time of year because

it always includes her ginger bread men!

We will see how long they all last...
