The process continues...
Michael is preparing to go to Mark's
annual "Bring Your Own Meat Party."
So, he asked Al and I to join him
at Craft Butchers in Westport
for lunch and shopping.
The food looks beautiful and look
at those home grown tomatoes!!!
The Butcher really "got" the whole
bring your own meat party and
shared with Michael his suggestions.
Final purchase:
Tongue
Beef Heart
Lamb Heart
Chicken Heart
All with sauce, marinade or
cooking suggestions!
They also offer classes,
think those might be in
the future!
