Day 142, May 22, 2013

Peggy invited me to visit
Florence Griswold Museum
in Old Lyme, CT
It was once an artist colony
known as the
Home of American Impressionism

We first had lunch at The Old Lyme Inn,
established in 1865.

Peggy in front of the lovely home
of Florence Griswold.

The old gardens are so beautiful!

One of the "couples" bedrooms
in the boarding house.

The dining room, seems to be a theme
for me this month...

Amazing panels painted by the artists
that spent summers at the boarding house.

An interesting piece of art
that was being installed.
